Private Classes

Private classes can either be one-on-one or with a small group of people (contact us for details).


These classes come in different packages and can be customised to each individual or group.


Below is the list of offerings:


  • Āsana flow: Yoga practice

  • Pranayama: Breathing techniques that work directly on our Prana system to prepare us for deep dhyana or meditation

  • Bandas: Locks that are held in the physical body that redirect the flow of Prana and aid in overall relaxation

  • Ayurvedic alignment practice: walking massage

  • Upasanas: Strengthening exercises
